Don't make me do a screenshot step by step, lol.
I am on vent right now, so if you need help, feel free to come visit me here.
You must have your password in order to post, so i am confused about that comment.
Anyway, at the top of this page, click "Profile".
Where it says username, just add {uZa} in front of your current username.
Click "Submit"
There you go, your username is changed

If you don't know your password. That means you are probably autologging into the Forums. You can always click the "Log out" text at the top right of the screen under the uZa logo. Then on the following screen:
Please enter your username and password to log in.
Username:
Password:
Log me on automatically each visit:
I forgot my password
Click the "I forgot my password".
Then go to your email address and get your password 
Just another idea.
