For the love of all that is holy... Don't let the NannyFascist Democrats get control of all three branches of government. Taking away your guns is the least of it. The first thing they will do is take away any food that tastes good, since we can't be trusted not to eat too much of it. Then they will put some PETA nutsack in charge of The Department of Agriculture, Al Gore in charge of The Environmental Protection Agency, some affirmative action zealot at Education to ramp up the reverse discrimination for college admissions, open up the borders with full amnesty for illegal aliens, let every suicide bombing berserker out of Gitmo, let the UN decide our foreign policy, and raise taxes and bloat the bureaucracy to the point where we might as well all just be working for the government, they have all our money anyway.
I wan't happy about having all three branches controlled by the Republicans either. They are just as batshit crazy in their own ways. Let's have a Republican president (only one who wasn't obviously born with the cord wrapped around his neck for just a bit too long), and some entertaining Democrates like Biden and Kusinich and Barney Frank in charge of passing silly bills that the President can then veto. That way pretty much nothing gets done, which in the case of the governement, is always for the best.
