glad you made it there, brother. I miss Edinburgh. It was one of the most breathtaking places I've been in the world (and I've been a lot of places). I'm really, really glad you got out there.
please say you patronized several of the 22 pubs on the Royal Mile... It's hot and thirsty work going uphill the whole way!
Did you see the 1 o'clock battery? nothing like an old dude firing a Howitzer off a mountain to get yer attention.

Wonderful Pics! OMG am I jealous! Edinburgh is one of the most beautiful places in the world...that castle and garden can't be matched anywhere.
the flower clock is amazing! Was the Tattoo on while you were there?
OMG ... I could stand about a month in the Highlands... nothing but heather and towns with three houses and sheep.

Hey Mayo- I'm assuming u just got back from there, how was the crowds? We're planning to go to Ireland around Feb or March, the southern tour this time, Guinness brewery!
