It turned out really well, from the marinade i tossed them in flour, then egg and hot sauce, then into a mixture of Flour bread crumbs, pepper salt and creole seasoning and a dash of Mozta meal. fried till deep golden, it was great. not as good as Pofolks in St.petersberg florida that place was the best mm swamp water _________________
