And now from the health front... cuz the ol' dog loves U.... Saltiest Breakfast 2009 Denny's Meat Lovers Scramble * 3,180 mg sodium * 1,130 calories * 66 g fat (29 g saturated, 0.5 g trans) * Sodium equivalent: 27 cups of popcorn! This dish is NOT how you should start your day. It exceeds your daily-recommended sodium intake by 880 mg, and it's loaded with calories and fat.

any hooo...back to health news... Saltiest Salad 2009 Chili’s Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad * 4,440 mg sodium * 1,070 calories * 78 g fat (15 g saturated) * Sodium equivalent: 38 cups of popcorn! What's scary about this salad is that it sounds pretty harmless. That's the case for almost all the leafy fare you'll find at Chili's—any salad that isn't labeled as a "side" tacks on at least a day's worth of sodium and an average of 1,000 calories (see other examples of egregiously caloric salads, from Chili's and elsewhere, here). Choose the house garden salad or side Caesar and a reasonable main dish instead. Hey I like...never mind!

Saltiest Sandwich 2009 Blimpie Hot Pastrami 12-Inch Super Stacked * 4,294 mg sodium * 1,149 calories * 47 g fat (20 g saturated) * Sodium equivalent: 23 strips of bacon! Few deli meats can compete with pastrami in overall sodium levels, since the meat is usually brined in an ultra-salty solution before being roasted. Add to that the impact of a full foot-long sub and a host of unsavory condiments and you’re looking at one of the saltiest handheld foods on the planet. BUT it does sound delicious!

Saltiest Burger 2009 Chili’s Southern Smokehouse Bacon Big Mouth Burger * 4,150 mg sodium * 1,610 calories * 107 g fat (36 g saturated) * Sodium equivalent: A pound of salted peanuts! With a salt-soaked bevy of Tex-Mex dishes and oversized burgers, Chili’s earns its way onto our list several times over. This Big Mouth Burger packs in almost two days' worth of sodium, and the saturated fat equivalent of 36 strips of Oscar Mayer bacon. In a perfect world, you would skip the burgers entirely at Chili’s and opt instead for the Grilled Salmon with Garlic and Herbs, but if you must have a burger, switching to the Oldtimer will cut three-quarters of the sodium and 65 grams of fat. Man I love that burger!!!

Saltiest Comfort Food 2009 Romano’s Macaroni Grill Spaghetti and Meatballs with Meat Sauce Dinner * 4,900 mg sodium * 1,810 calories * 118 g fat (54 g saturated) * Sodium equivalent: 26 strips of bacon! What do you get when you combine Mac Grill’s penchant for massive pasta portions with a double dose of meat? Two days’ worth of sodium, a day’s worth of calories, and the saturated fat equivalent of 54 strips of bacon! If you want to survive with your waistline and cholesterol levels intact, skip the regular pasta dishes (few have less than 1,000 calories) and opt for the build-your-own option with whole wheat noodles, grilled chicken, and fresh vegetables. Or go light with a soup-and-salad combo.

Baby pythons escape during flight in Australia 2 flights cancelled, but reptile expert fails to find non-venomous creatures MELBOURNE, Australia - Four baby pythons escaped from a container aboard a passenger plane in Australia, leading to a search that forced the cancellation of two flights, the airline said Thursday. Twelve non-venomous Smitten pythons were being transported Tuesday on a flight from Alice Springs to Melbourne in the plane's cargo area in a bag inside a plastic foam box with air holes. Remind U of that bad Samuel L. Jackson movie???? Ok I know they are not venomous...but they could bite ur finger! HaHaHa

A reptile expert searched for the 6-inch-long snakes but did not find them. It was not known if the snakes were still on the plane or if they had somehow escaped outside after the plane landed. Hey U thinking what I'm thinking???? Snakes loose on the plane... someone goes into the laboratory and BAM instance heart attack! Just saying...

and finally this... and I apologize in advance... *Adult Material* Man urinates on woman during flight Suspect had been drinking, jailed, FBI investigating HONOLULU - A 28-year-old man has been sentenced to three weeks in jail for urinating on a 66-year-old woman during a Continental Airlines flight last month from Los Angeles to Honolulu. Jerome Kenneth Kingzio, a resident of the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, was sentenced after pleading guilty Tuesday to assault charges in federal court in Honolulu. The victim was headed to Hawaii on March 21 for a scuba diving vacation and was watching an in-flight movie when Kingzio stood up and began urinating on her. He had been drinking on the flight. U.S. Attorney Edward Kubo Jr. says the woman said her entire vacation was ruined, and she continues to suffer emotionally from the incident. What the hell was he drinking.... stupid beer???
